 Ultra Plus is bookkeeping for the established business. The Ultra Package, is priced with GAR and monthly transactions in mind. The Ultra Package includes reconciliations for 5+ accounts, and/or 200+ transactions per month, bill pay, vendor pay, and receipt entry and tracking. 

• Gross Annual Revenue $200K to $450K
• Categorizes transactions

• Prepare month end financial reports, including profit &  Loss statement and balance

 Does your business send estimates and invoice customers? This can be added to any of the above packages. Pricing starts at $375 per month and is based on approximately 50 estimates and/or invoices per month. 

Payroll can be added to any of the above packages. Pricing starts at $50 per week and is based on approximately 40 employees. Pricing does not include the cost of any payroll software being used. 

Catch-up work is available starting at $200 per month behind since taxes have been filed and is priced according to the number of transactions and months of catch up required. A one-time onboarding fee of $250 is also required. The onboarding fee and payment equal to half of the determined catch up fee is required up front before work begins.  

 The one time onboarding fee includes the integration of your business information into your QuickBooks Online subscription, a review and customization of your chart of accounts, and the connection of your bank and cc accounts. 

If you prefer to handle your Bookkeeping needs alone, but need a little help getting set-up, DM Bookkeeping Services can create your account, input your info, create a personalized chart of accounts, integrate your bank and credit card information and complete a brief training course for a one-time fee of $500. 

Cleanup is available from $55 to $65 per hour.

$55 a hour with a minimum of 8 hours if bank statements are downloaded.

$65 a hour with a minimum of  8 hours for paper bank statements.
